People, I'm introducing you to Your Clock Here commission! You basically chose the base clock that you like, pick your characters, pick the props, and wait for the goodness to be delivered at your door**

There are two types of clock you are able to get:

Type A: a pendulum clock (starts at $60, shipping cost depends on where you live)

What you will get: An acrylic standee (15*15cm) that acts as a clock, a detachable pendulum that also works as a keychain, and a digital file.

Type B: a table clock (Starts at $54, shipping cost depends on where you live)

What you will get: An acrylic standee (15*15cm) that acts as a clock and a digital file.

*** One character can be trade in for 3 small props

🌸 add a special option on the acrylic printing (eg. hologram film, glitter acrylic, etc.), the incremental cost will strictly be in accordance with the printing shop.

🌟How long will it take to deliver?🌟

I take 7 days to finish this as a digital file, the time takes to get this as a product should be around a week (if nothing goes wrong with the postal service due to the COVID-19 situation). I will notify you as soon as I get the finished thing assembled in my hand and will be shipped it as soon as I can. After that the most that I can do is to track the package, I will consult with you at every stage to ensure we are on the same page. However, looking at the situation there could be some delay in international shipping.

🌸I will give you a detailed sketch. You have 3 free attempts to request any major changes at the very beginning stage, any more than this at a wayyy later stage will inflict additional fees depending on the situation. After that, I will be sending updates regularly.

First thing first, please have read my Term of service.

This is a PayPal-only commission.

Style and Price

**All prices below include a simple background. For a more complex background, there will be an additional fee depending on the complexity.

**All prices listed below are based price which will vary based on the job's detail and complexity. The prices are negotiable.

**For commercial use +100-150% of the original price.

**For any additional character(s) +50%of original price, eg: 1 character full-color head shot =$20, 2 characters full-color head shot = $20+$10(half of $ 20) =$30

1) Digital Art

What you will get: 1800*1800 px, 350 dpi (unless specified otherwise) png, jpeg file. .clip and .psd file are also available upon request.

a) Sketch style

Rough line with an option of flat color or greyscale.

b) Greyscale

c) Full color

2) Animation

What you will get: a gif file, .mov file (upon request), .apng file (upon request), main key picture in .jpeg or .png

a) Simple looped Frame-by-Frame

The price depends on frame count and complexity. This style only available with a simple base color.

Price: ~$40 ++

As the price is hard to judge, please consult with me through note or email so we can agree on a suitable price.

^ for reference, a piece similar to this one (simple one character gesture+simple foreground/middle ground/background activity) would cost around $80

a piece similar to the left (simple one character gesture + little activity in the surrounding) would cost around $50; for the right (more complex 2 characters gestures and interactions + little activity in the surrounding) would be around $80

b) Motion style

A more complicated coloring is possible with this style. Unlike the frame-by-frame type, the motion style animation seems slower and more flowy. This style only available in a simple gesture.

c) cute munchies style

💕PUPPIES💕 a minimal frame-by-frame animation style. This one is very friendly to be used as a digital sticker.

TERM OF SERVICE

By commissioning me in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the term of services below. Any statement is bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission. We all appreciate the goodness here and thank you for taking an interest in my work. If you have any questions you can always note me , reach out to me, or find me. All the deliverables are in digital formats, there will not be any tangible product delivered at your door unless we discussed otherwise. ✦✦✦ 01. Process and Payment I receive payment in USD via Paypal, and through bank transfer only if you are a resident of Thailand. All additional fee(s) are not included in the price sheet and will be discussed with the client in the price estimation stage. If you are paying through Paypal, I will send the invoice. ✦ WORK PROCESS You can reach out to me through the channels I specified in the prior section. Please refer to the order form page for more information on the basic format of ordering. After you send the email/note please wait for my response (should be within 72 hrs). If we agree on the job, I will begin the next process. 1) Sketching stage: I will send you very rough sketches and ideas to make sure we are on the same page. If we are not, I will redo the sketch up to 3 times MAX, any more than this could inflict additional fees depending on the situation. 2) Payment stage: After agreeing on the sketch, we will move on to the price estimation stage. I will send out an invoice for half of the amount via Paypal and will only start on the piece after the payment is received. 3) Working stage: I will send you a detailed sketch and a color sketch. Minor changes are acceptable and should be pointed out as soon as possible. If it is an extending work (last more than 2 weeks), you will be receiving a report on the job weekly(if nothing goes wrong). Typically, it will take me less than 2 weeks to finish a piece. After finishing up, I will send you a final piece to prove the work one last time before sending out another invoice for the last half of the payment. After I receive the full payment I will email you the full resolution file (available in .jpeg, .png, .clip, .psd, and .gif/.mov for animated work). ✦✦✦ o2. Copyright and Usage Policy I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing. Therefore I'm allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to: ✧Include the piece in my portfolio ✧Post and Promote myself anywhere (unless we agreed otherwise) The commissioners are allowed to: ✧Use the piece for personal use only unless we have agreed otherwise. ✧Print the art and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself. ✧Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist. If you break the copyright in any way, every right you had in the drawing will be retracted and the artist has every right to charge you. (Just be good) The following is considered copyright infringement: ✧Reproducing/ using the artwork commercially without the artist's consent. ✧Taking credit for the creation of the artwork. ✧Altering the artwork without the artist's consent. (a simple change of BG color is fine) ✦✦✦ o3. Cancel and Refund Policy If I found your behavior to be unacceptable in commissioning me eg: Mean, Spam, etc. I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time. You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after the payment is received. However, if the money has yet to be sent the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission. If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers. You will be forbidden to ever commission me, Demios04 and Caviersan, ever again. Your name will be publicly posted everywhere I want to for others to watch out for.
